The Asia New Zealand Foundation is offering up to six young New Zealand business leaders and entrepreneurs the chance to visit Thailand and Singapore this June.
The one-week programme is focused on the Thai entrepreneurship scene. Participants will also attend the Echelon Asia Summit in Singapore – Asia’s premier tech conference.
Deadline for applications: 8 May 2015
About the trip:
This opportunity is part of the ASEAN Young Business Leaders Initiative, a key part of the New Zealand Government’s ASEAN strategy. The initiative was created to strengthen links between business leaders in Southeast Asia and in New Zealand. So far, 46 business leaders from all ten ASEAN member countries representing a range of industries have visited New Zealand. The project is now in its second phase with young New Zealand business leaders and entrepreneurs being invited to Southeast Asia.
Successful applicants will be part of a group who will meet businesspeople from their respective industries, develop a greater knowledge of the Thai business environment, and learn about business opportunities in Thailand and Southeast Asia.
