Canterbury Tech Seeks a New Operations Manager
Debbie Dunlop, Canterbury Tech’s Operations Manager for the last 3.5 years, is leaving. We want to thank Debbie for all of her efforts during her tenure, and we’re sad, but the time is right for her to take on a new permanent part-time role.
It also creates an opportunity for someone new to pick up the reins for the day-to-day operations of our amazing little not-for-profit industry association, which is regarded as an exemplar for industry clusters throughout New Zealand.
We’d like to invite applications from people keen to work with us to “Inspire, Connect and Grow” the tech sector in Canterbury. The Job Description for the role is attached below. In essence, you will be an operations and administration all-rounder who can turn their hand to member management, event organisation, marketing & social media, accounts (to some extent) and a wide variety of other tasks from time to time. You will need to be based in Christchurch, New Zealand.
If you’re interested, please send a cv and brief covering letter highlighting why you’re keen to be considered and a few of the skills you can bring to bear (to email@example.com).
We’d like to move fairly swiftly on this, so applications will close at 5 pm on Wednesday 16th March 2022.
