Christchurch BA & Beyond meetup – April [Workshop: Context-first BAs]

We are back for our May 2026 meetup. This month we are getting hands on with another group workshop – the plan for this session is:

• Networking
• Group Workshop – “A context-first BA framework”
• Context has always been critical for us as BAs, but often the definition of this context has been implicit, rather than explicit (eg, we know how to work within an organisation because we have experienced it – but we don’t necessarily sit down and document that context …).
• So how does this change as we become more and more integrated with AI tools? How do we make context sharing more deliberate (and reusable)?
• Join us as we workshop a ‘context-first BA framework’ model – and try to establish what that would really mean within our BA practices!
