Nik Joyce is Head of Product and Delivery at MediMap, responsible for building, running, and supporting a medication management platform used across aged care in New Zealand and Australia.

Nik leads across product, engineering delivery, customer support, and customer success, working at the point where digital systems meet real-world clinical environments where systems do not just need to work, they need to hold under pressure.

With decades of experience across data, identity, and security, Nik has worked with organisations including Experian, Equifax, GBG Group, and NHS England and Wales. This experience provides a clear understanding of how data is used, connected, and exploited beyond its original context.
