Sacha is the Founder and Director of Follow My Lead, a company that specialises in creating bespoke eLearning and video training solutions for software systems and employee onboarding.

With over 20 years of experience across marketing, communications, and instructional design. She brings deep industry knowledge and as a founder/director she has a strategic understanding of business and leadership.

As an active member of Canterbury Tech, Sacha is passionate about the tech sector and thrives on the opportunities and challenges it brings.

Fun fact: Outside of her professional work, Sacha is also an experienced voiceover artist. If you’ve tuned into the radio or watched television in New Zealand, there’s a good chance you’ve heard her voice.
