Submit an Event

Submission of events to appear in the calendar are open to everyone but we do have some specific criteria for acceptance and reserve the right not to include any event for whatever reason

Events need to:

Include a square image of 1080 x 1080px
Be relevant to members of Canterbury Tech
Not clash with Canterbury Tech’s regular scheduled events

For paid events such as professional conferences or ticketed events, these will only be accepted if:

Canterbury Tech is listed as supporting partner
Canterbury Tech members are offered a discount or a number of give-away tickets or special benefit (please contact events@canterburytech.nz)

If you are a member of Canterbury Tech or a Tech Alliance organisation, or Cantebury based MeetUp then please go ahead and submit.

If you are not a member of Canterbury Tech your event will need to be free or if it is a paid event your fill need to:
1) Provide a discount code for our members to info@canterburytech, and
2) List Canterbury Tech and its logo at your event and website as Supporting partner.
