Submission of events to appear in the calendar are open to everyone but we do have some specific criteria for acceptance and reserve the right not to include any event for whatever reason

Events need to:

• Include a square image of 1080 x 1080px
• Be relevant to members of Canterbury Tech
• Not clash with Canterbury Tech’s regular scheduled events

For paid events such as professional conferences or ticketed events, these will only be accepted if:

• Canterbury Tech is listed as supporting partner
• Canterbury Tech members are offered a discount or a number of give-away tickets or special benefit (please contact events@canterburytech.nz)
