MEDICAL DEVICES – an Introduction to Product and Company Development in a Regulated Environment

On offer again this year, this short course is a great place for Medical Device innovators to begin their journey to successfully bring their device to market. Ideal for start-ups, early-stage companies, and NZ manufacturers considering international markets, this training ensures businesses understand the critical aspects of developing medical devices within a regulated environment.

Participants will come away having:

  • Gained overview of the structure of a quality management system (QMS) according to ISO 1385
  • Gained overview of the required processes and personnel
  • Analysed a case study on the qualification and classification of an MD based on the intended use of that device
  • Established the scope of documentation required, where it comes from and how it is maintained.

When: Online learning across 2 days via Zoom – 20 Nov and 28 Nov from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm
