We are proud to host a talk to celebrate the 10th anniversary of Women in Tech (WiT) on the 18th of February. Our upcoming talk, “The Power of Discomfort: Building Resilience and Achieving Growth,” explores the pivotal role of stepping beyond our comfort zones in driving personal and professional success. Inspired by David Bowie’s words, “If you feel safe in the area you’re working in, you’re not working in the right area… Go a little bit out of your depth,” this session will delve into how discomfort can build resilience and open the door to achievement.
