About Ngaio:
Ngaio is an experienced technology executive with 15+ years of experience working for world-leading innovative and progressive companies such as Google, Visa, and Salesforce in senior leadership roles in Operations and Customer Success. She has led organizations through organizational transformation, operational execution excellence, and strategic pivots. She is passionate about helping companies understand the central role of CS&O to revenue, corporate growth, and strategic new product development and delivery. She moved back home to New Zealand in 2021 and has settled in Christchurch with her family.
