BUSINESS SPEAKER
Hilary Walton, Manager Enterprise Business Systems – Airways New Zealand
Hilary Walton is a Psychologist, an IT leader, an author, a mother of 3 and wants to make the world a better place by inspiring more inclusion and diversity in the tech sector.
She leads strategy for Information and Technology and Digital business transformation for Airways, New Zealand Air Navigation Service Provider. Her diverse background in organisational psychology, risk management, and security sets her apart from her peers with traditional technology backgrounds. She has significant experience from offshore roles – she worked for Mi5 in London and the London 2012 Olympics and Paralympic Games leading the Information Security programme.
She has written a book and developed an App on how to improve Security Culture. Outside of work, Hilary has recently become a ‘YouTuber’ and is a passionate sharer of ‘Digital Culture’ ideas on social media, because she believes that being ‘digital’ requires a new set of behaviours and ways of working for people to learn and adopt.

Steve Knutson, Director at Stratos Technology Partners
Steve is the co-founder of Stratos Technology Partners. Steve is a Microsoft MVP and has extensive experience implementing SharePoint solutions for a wide range of companies from small consultancies to large multi-national companies and local government organisations.
With 25+ years IT industry experience developing and support systems for companies from the very small to large multi-nationals his roles include software development, infrastructure, solutions architecture, and consultancy.
