Courageous Leadership with Kaila Colbin

May 25 @ 5:15 pm - 7:15 pm

Brought to you by Women in Tech – Christchurch

This event is sponsored by Brighter Days, a fast growing Christchurch-based company that uses cloud technologies to enable greater workplace productivity for employees so they can be more effective for their customers.

Have you ever wondered if courageous leadership really works? There’s an easy way to discover how you can completely transform your team – the same way organisations like Melinda Gates Foundation, IBM, Disney, Google, Shell and the US military have – through scaling courage as an organisational competency.

Brighter Days is thrilled to host Certified Dare to Lead™ Facilitator Kaila Colbin for this introduction to Brené Brown’s Dare to Lead™ Programme to help you:

• understand what truly stands in the way of your team’s creativity, innovation, connection, and higher level performance;
• learn how the four skill sets of courage can revolutionise your organisational culture.
