Canterbury Tech 2022 QUIZ NIGHT & AGM

Notice is given that the 2022 Annual General Meeting of Canterbury Software Incorporated (trading as Canterbury Tech) will be held on Tuesday 6 December 2022.
Time: from 5:30pm – 8:30pm (AGM from 6pm – 6:35pm – followed by quiz)
Cost: This is a free event for individual and company members only.
Included: 2 drink tickets, quiz + food throughout the night
Venue: The Bealey Function Room, 263 Bealey Ave, Christchurch 8013
Order of Business:
1. Ratification of the minutes of the previous AGM
2. Matters arising from the minutes of the previous AGM
3. Adoption of the Chairman’s report
4. Adoption of financial statements for the year ending 30 June 2022 to view the accounts
5. Committee election results
6. General business
After the AGM we will roll straight onto the much loved annual quiz, sponsored by Purple Shirt. Just team up with a group of 4-6 on the night and let the fun begin!
