Justin Mercer has been an integral part of Jade Software for over a decade, having previously held the role of Director of Customer. During his tenure, he played a significant role in the company’s digital transformation journey and advocated for customer-centric innovation. With a strong commercial acumen and an unwavering commitment to delivering value, Justin is well-equipped to lead Jade Software into a new era of success.

Meet Dean Cooper: Director of Technology at Jade Software

Jade Software’s momentum continues with the appointment of Dean Cooper as the new Director of Technology at Jade Software. In his role, Dean will spearhead the research, definition, and implementation of our technology strategy across the organization. With a wealth of experience, Dean will play a pivotal role in realizing our strategic initiatives.

Dean’s history with Jade Software dates back to 1989 when he started his journey with the company at the LINC Development Centre graduate program. He was an integral member of the early-stage Jade Platform R&D team focusing on the development of the core Jade Platform Object Manager. Dean’s return to Jade Software is a homecoming that reflects his enduring dedication to our community.
